From here, we can explore  effective strategies and tools for working with the feelings, thoughts/ behaviours that are preventing you from living your best life and being the authentic version of who you are.

 

This is founded on the  belief that an integrated, flexible and creative approach offers the best way to meet your individualised needs. This can provide you with the skills and knowledge to deal with life’s ongoing challenges. We are guided by the pace at which you feel comfortable to explore and move forwards.

 

This integrated approach utilises a variety of methodologies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychoeducation, Person Centred Therapy, Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy,and Trauma Focused & Strengths Based Therapies. Essential factors  are to identify  what works best for you, and acknowledge that whatever you are experiencing now is only a part of who you are are.
