This integrated approach utilises a variety of methodologies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychoeducation, Person Centred Therapy, Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy,and Trauma Focused & Strengths Based Therapies. Our focus will be on identifying what works best for you, and acknowledging that whatever you are experiencing now is only a part of who you are are.
